Eligibility and Account Registration

Account Security and Responsibilities

Deposits and Payment Methods

ag333 accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh-localised payment methods. All deposits must be made in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawal of initial deposits is not subject to wagering requirements unless the deposit was associated with a bonus offer that stated otherwise.

Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement

ag333 operates on the basis of fair play for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players, sharing accounts, or coordinating betting strategies in a manner designed to exploit the platform, game mechanics or bonus structures.
• Using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, engaging in money laundering through the ag333 platform, or knowingly depositing funds on behalf of a third party.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

ag333 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following player protection tools are available to all registered ag333 players and may be activated at any time by contacting support or through the account management section of the platform:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the maximum amount you may deposit within a given period. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cooling-off periods — request a temporary break from the ag333 platform of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, account login, deposits and betting are suspended. Withdrawals of existing balance remain available during a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion — request permanent or time-limited exclusion from ag333. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ag333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ag333 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if ag333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• ag333 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or events outside ag333's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.
• In the event of a technical fault, malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game or the calculation of winnings, ag333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. ag333's decision in such matters is final.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ag333's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments, Governing Law and Entire Agreement
